Mindfulness with Mrs Cotton

Mrs Cotton will be running some mindfulness sessions for Y11 during form tutor time over the next 6 weeks.
These sessions are to aid students in being mentally prepared for their mock exams in November and also to help combat anxiety, depression and negative thoughts that may have increased due to the pandemic and instability of the last 18 months.
Students will have at least one more round of sessions before their final exams next year.
Here is the timetable for the sessions:
