Clifton goes green!!!……well camo

We recently took 28 KS4 students to Queen Elizabth barracks at Strensall in York. The students took part in a variety of activities throughout the day such as; paired fire maneuvers (working as a pair to attack an enemy) using paintball guns and camouflage paint, the obstacle course, CASEVAC (extracting and treating a wounded casualty) and finally Observation.

The soldiers and staff running the event love it when Clifton comes to attend one of their days and are always thoroughly pleased with every one of our students as they embodied everything the army is about – teamwork and mental resilience. The soldiers are already looking forward to the next time we visit in October!!!
