Last night, Clifton’s Year 10 football team travelled to Oakwood to face their Year 11 side in what was expected to be a challenging fixture.
B Akindele continued his excellent form, scoring a hat-trick in the first half to give Clifton a 3-0 lead at the break. The team continued to dominate after half-time, with B Akindele adding his fourth goal before O Sow completed a fantastic 10-minute hat-trick to seal an impressive 7-0 victory!
The boys remain unbeaten this season, making this result against a team a year above them even more impressive. Well done to everyone involved! If you see the boys, be sure to congratulate them on this fantastic achievement.
