Recently, Clifton once again welcomed BAE Systems / The Royal Airforce, and The Royal Navy STEM roadshow. This years roadshow covered the hot topic of AI, and how we can use AI together with human creativity.
Our Year 7 and Year 8 students were treated to amazing demonstrations of the capability of AI, such as creating a pop song with video in only 20 minutes, and the highlight of meeting an actual AI dog which could not only do some amazing tricks, but also showed how it can be used to go into situations and places that perhaps humans cannot. The roadshow also highlighted the amazing range of apprenticeships available from BAE systems.
All students were really engaging, and learnt so much!
