Y11 completed their mock interviews last term, and we had an amazing group of 18 interviewers from local businesses and colleges, including:

It was brilliant to see the sense of achievement on the students’ faces after completing their interview and getting over their nerves. Its safe to say that our visitors were very impressed, with many of them saying how polite and professional the students were. They were also very impressed with how students could tell them about ideas they have about their futures and how they had well thought out plans. Without exception, every single one who completed an interview today demonstrated all the elements of the Clifton Way and we are so very proud of them all.
Josie Webster, Careers Lead, said, “It’s one of my favourite activities, seeing the students very nervous as they arrive and leaving with such a sense of achievement. The feedback from all our visitors was fantastic and I’ll be sharing the individual feedback with students after the half term. Sometimes it’s difficult to see past the challenges some of our students present us but I have to say, without exception, every single one who completed an interview today did us proud.
