Cross-Trust Chicago Trip

On Wednesday 6th July, 60 Performing Arts students from Clifton, Gainsborough and Rawmarsh experienced their first joint Trust trip to see the musical Chicago at Sheffield’s Lyceum Theatre.
We arrived a little early so we sat on the banking in the sun and students shared their sweets with others from our Trust schools which was really nice to see.
The show was amazing with celebrities from Coronation Street, Loose Women and Holby City on stage acting, singing and dancing.
Elder members of the audience praised their impeccable behaviour; especially during an emergency with a member of the public before the first half interval.
One lady, commented that she used to be primary teacher and couldn’t believe how well behaved they all were. Our students did us proud!
We will have to sort out more Trust trips now we know how brilliant they are together.
